I saw this exhibition today .....Blind Light at the Hayward Gallery , a fascinationg retrospective of Anthony Gormleys work ...do go before it ends on the 19th August

Fantastic colour at Chelsea

Just two wonderful gardens at the RHS flower show today . I was wowed by the sheer painterly beauty of these garden artists.

Yoga in a beautiful setting

I have practised Yoga for over 25 years , and have just come to learn of this lovely setting in southern India where I could go for a yoga holiday .

I find yoga , has helped me to relax and focus so that I can paint from my centred self, and also be in tune with my clients and students .
